We hired Rostrum Building to Refurbish three bedrooms and add an ensuite bathroom to the principle guest bedroom because we wanted a building firm who would produce a high quality finish, in the time allocated and with the minimum of disruption to the house as we were continuing to live there during the works.

Rostrum were immediately in step with our architects plans and what we wanted to achieve. There were elements of the refurbishment that entailed moving walls and replacing a staircase which required highly accurate onsite planning and execution. Rostrum's understanding of the project and our expectations ensured a pleasurable experience with no nasty surprises. In terms of timelines, decision making, rapport and disruption the project was a great success as predicted.

Rostrum Building's key strengths are the ability to source and manage high quality trades to work alongside the Rostrum team, remaining in tune with the customer's needs and wants at all times. Also, the ability to remain customer facing at all times and not be drawn into the building process at the expense of satisfying the customer.

Our overall expectation of the results was ultimately exceeded. We would definitely work with Rostrum Building again.
